The Advanced Systems & Designs FlashCable® interface is a single gage cable that connects any brand of digital gage or RS232 serial device to our GageMux USB, or other Mitutoyo Digimatic compatible data acquisition systems. The Advanced Systems & Designs FlashCable® is engineered with a programmable memory chip to convert the data format from your gage or RS232 serial device to a Digimatic output so it can communicate with your SPC software package.
We make all of your gages and RS232 devices speak the same language!
The Advanced Systems & Designs FlashCable® has programmable memory that store communication parameters for digital as well as RS232 gage inputs, along with critical gage control information such as gage ID, serial number, and the next calibration date. With our GageMux USB, the FlashCable® gage interface provides automatic gage selection and custom request commands.
Advanced Systems & Designs manufactures our FlashCables for all brands of gages and RS232 devices – Mitutoyo, Sartorius, Mettler Toledo, Keyence, Starrett, Chatillon, Asimeto, Imada, Mecmesin, Ono Sokki, Mahr Federal, Ohaus, CDI, and many more! Check out our Serial 9-pin male or 9-pin female cables specific to a RS232 output brand or model as well. Serial 25-pin connections are also available.
