RoHs Statement
Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS is aware of and supports the European Union’s RoHS2 Directive 2011/65/EU. As an interface manufacturer, Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS makes every effort to purchase components from suppliers that are able to provide information and documentation from the manufacturers regarding the material content of the product we use, or the manufacturing processes used to make these products are listed as compliant with the RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive. This RoHS status information is based solely on information provided to us by our component suppliers. Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by suppliers.
REACH Statement
Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS is aware of and supports the European Union’s REACH Regulation (EC No 1907/2006). As an interface manufacturer, Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS expects our suppliers to provide information and documentation made available by the component manufacturers regarding the material content of the product we use, or the manufacturing processes used to make these products. We continue to monitor our suppliers to gain awareness of their compliance with the REACH Regulation. Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by suppliers.
California Proposition 65
Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS is aware of the update to the CA Prop 65 regulation that took effect in August 2018. We continue to review the updated regulations and work with our suppliers to ensure our continued compliance with all applicable CA Prop 65 regulations. In compliance with the current CA Prop 65 regulation, Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS will continue to monitor our component suppliers on any CA Prop 65 information and warnings that the manufacturers may provide.
