Quality Measurement Systems

TROY, MI—February 1, 2002—Advanced Systems & Designs (ASD) acquires Quality Measurement Systems (QMS). ASD, an 18 year old SPC company is located in Rochester Hills, MI. Its solutions include SPC Software, industrial PCs and gage interfaces. For nearly a decade, ASD has been providing OEM cables and interfaces to major gage manufacturers such as Mahr/Federal and many others.

ASD will manufacture and support the complete QMS product line. Paul Mychalowych, President of ASD states. “We have experienced staff for handling repairs, assembly and ongoing engineering and support.

“The reasons we acquired QMS were to ensure our position as the leader in gage interfaces, expand our distribution channels and enhance our product line with proven SPC data collectors.
