- Pressing the button on the SmartCable™ Keyboard gage interface

Simple to use!
A detailed operation manual is included with this SmartCable™ Keyboard gage interface. This SmartCable Keyboard is easily configured to output data in different output modes on your spreadsheet such as, CR, TAB, up, down, left, or right. The output mode is selected by adjusting the rotary switch on the SmartCable™ Keyboard. To access the rotary switch simply remove the top cover by loosening two Phillips screws. The LED Indicator lights aid the user with the operation of the SmartCable™ gage interface.
Advanced Systems & Designs normally sets the SmartCable™ Keyboard at the factory to the default settings on the Mettler Toledo Excellence Series Analytical Balance. The SmartCable™ Keyboard and Mettler Toledo XP / XPE Excellence Analytical Balance must be set to the same values for communication to occur. Refer to the Mettler Toledo XP / XPE Excellence Analytical Balance user manual and standard interface command set for additional information on external communication.
