Greystone Industries LLC Purchases the Assets of ASDQMS

January 16, 2013 – Greystone Industries LLC in Chagrin Falls, Ohio announces the purchase of the assets of Advanced Systems and Design, Inc. (ASDQMS) in Troy Michigan.

Paul Zahuranec, President of Greystone Industries LLC in Chagrin Falls, Ohio announced today the purchase of certain assets of Advanced Systems and Designs, Inc. (ASDQMS) which includes the Gage Interfaces; GageMux USB, SmartCable, Flash Cable, Keyboard Output Interfaces, QMS Genesis SPC Products, and the ASD/QMS name on December 21, 2012. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
