SmartCable Gage Interface for Mettler Toledo HB43 Halogen Moisture Analyzer
Send data to Excel - without using Software Wedges
This Advanced Systems and Designs SmartCable USB Keyboard single gage interface connects the Mettler Toledo HB43-S Halogen Moisture Analyzer to a computer. Using a RS232 DB9 male cable connector, this SmartCable Keyboard connects the Mettler Toledo HB43 Moisture Analyzer to the ASDQMS SmartCable Keyboard gage interface without the need for extra cables or software. The output of the SmartCable Keyboard is a standard USB 2.0 keyboard signal.
Connecting the SmartCable Keyboard gage interface with its built-in keyboard wedge to a computer will allow the Mettler Toledo HB43 Halogen Moisture Analyzer to be identified as a keyboard device that can send data to any application - no software wedge required. The SmartCable Keyboard will make the Mettler Toledo HB43 Moisture Analyzer readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard - eliminates data collection errors. Simply choose the cell where you want the data to display and send a reading to your computer using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or any SPC software program.

Simple to set-up and use!
LED Indicator lights aid the user with the operation of the SmartCable gage interface. This SmartCable Keyboard gage interface is quickly set up to send data on your spreadsheet in a variety of output modes, including CR, TAB, up, down, left, or right. The SmartCable Keyboard's rotary switch is used to change the output mode. To access the rotary switch, simply remove the top cover by loosening two Phillips screws.
Six foot standard cable length. Special lengths are available upon request.
A detailed operation manual is included with this ASDQMS SmartCable Keyboard gage interface. Advanced Systems and Designs normally sets the SmartCable Keyboard gage interface to the default settings on the Mettler Toledo Moisture Analyzer. Make sure both the SmartCable and Mettler Toledo HB43-S Moisture Analyzer are set to the same values.
