There are two interfaces, or Views, included for data entry, analysis and database management: an Explorer view (shown below), for offline data entry and analysis, and a Work Set view, which is typically used for real-time data entry and analysis. When users log on, they will return to the view they last used.
Both views are included in all installations (i.e. no separate modules need be purchased), and you can deny access to the Explorer view for select users. In fact, virtually every feature in the software is access-controlled, which helps to keep the software simple for some of your novice users.
Let's take a quick look at the Explorer view, then explain how the Work Set view works.
