Welcome! We're going to walk through some of the major features of the software, and point out where to find these features, so you'll feel comfortable using the software. This may answer many of your questions, but if not, there are more complete descriptions of all the features, dialog boxes and windows available in the product Help System. Just click on the 
button from the application window or any of the dialog boxes for the specific topic designed for where you are at the time. The 
button launches Wizards that walk you through different actions, such as creating or interpreting charts. If you still can't find the answer that seems right, give our Technical Support desk a call (or e-mail) using the information provided on the Contents page linked above.
If you've installed the software, you can follow along in this demonstration by selecting the Sample Database icon. This database is already populated with some data, so we can get a feel for how the application is structured. Your user database, provided for your process data, is essentially blank until you start entering information into it.
