Administrative users can use the Format page (shown below) to customize the labels used throughout the software's menus and dialog boxes. This makes it easier for your Operators and other users to understand the software, since it uses terms familiar to them. For example, you may want to manage your database based on Parts instead of Processes. This is where you could also rename Work Sets to Employee Folders, as discussed before.
The Stats page is used to select which Statistics are shown in the Work Set view's Charts and Reports.
