ASD/QMS offers a wide variety of customer services to maximize your investment in our SPC data collection equipment and systems. The ASD/QMS motto "More Than a Name, A Commitment" is the guiding principle for all of our products and services.
Repair Services
ASD/QMS maintains a fully equipped and stocked repair facility.

Listed below are the repair services designed to help keep your ASD/QMS SPC data collection equipment operational with minimal down time and minimal costs. These services are also available to a limited extent for ASD/QMS's older digital readout (DRO) systems products.

Diagnostic assistance via telephone or e-mail that enables you, the customer, to resolve the simple problems yourself.
Loaner units are available to minimize down time when factory repair is necessary.
Rush repair requests are honored and implemented by altering the daily service priority listing.
Replacement components, subassemblies and documentation packages are available for those customers choosing to do their own repairs.
No charge repair estimates are provided for all equipment returned to ASD/QMS for repair.
Flat rate repair prices are available for subassemblies used in "Before Repair Replacement" transactions.
All invoiced service work is warranted for 90 days against defective materials and workmanship.

Pre-Sale Services
ASD/QMS is committed to providing you with only the best and necessary equipment to meet your requirements. To this end, ASD/QMS provides the following services:

Application engineering by a staff of experienced and well-versed engineers familiar with all aspects of data collection.
Demonstration and evaluation equipment for a 30 day trial at No charge available when arranged through an authorized dealer.
A "Trade In" program that enables you, the customer, to upgrade to the most recent SPC data collection equipment at a discounted price. This program is available for all older model ASD/QMS equipment, as well as other manufacturers SPC data collection equipment.

Post-Sale Services
ASD/QMS stands behind our products and services. Most of Quality's products are backed by a 1 year factory warranty against material defects and workmanship.

Other no charge services available are:
Application assistance, installation, setup and training in terms of developing SPC data collection strategies and measurement programs. This assistance is available via e-mail, telephone, or on site by a factory authorized dealer.
Technical documents in the form of engineering notes, application notes, users manuals, etc. are available upon request.
Service Maintenance Agreements are available at minimal cost. These annual agreements provide, in effect, an extended warranty that includes priority service, free firmware updates, and maintenance costs that stay within your budget. With some limitations, these agreements are available for all Genesis data collectors and multiplexers.
