How quickly does my order ship?   Orders will be processed and generally shipped in the same day or 1-2 business days, via Ground delivery, pending stock availability.

Is Same Day shipping available? Orders may ship the same day the order is placed, provided that the product is in stock and the order is received prior to 12 Noon EST. If you need your order expedited please let us know in the “comment” section of your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

How long will it take my order to reach me? Once the order ships, it will generally arrive within 3-9 business days, based on ship address location.

How is the shipping cost determined? Shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination.

Can I make changes to my order once I have submitted it? Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed. Please call (248) 370-9919 immediately for change requests.

Can I ship to a Post Office Box? No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If in the event that a PO Box address is entered in the “ship to” address, the order will be voided and you will receive an email requesting an alternate address.

Can I ship my order Collect using my shipper account number? At this time we do not have this option.

Can I use a Purchase Order to make a purchase? Yes, you can use a Purchase order. Choose “cheque” for your form of payment and email or fax us your purchase order. You will receive a confirming email that your purchase order has been approved. Purchase orders are only accepted from customers who have submitted the required bank and credit references and W9.

What if I’m a reseller? Approved resellers need only submit their Purchase Order to place an order and receive their pre-determined reseller pricing.
