Designed around standard ActiveX controls, SPC1+ Enterprise gives users a modular data collection solution. It incorporates proven analysis and data collection technology, which easily integrates with enterprise-wide MRP/ERP and MES systems.

SPC1+ Enterprise is built specifically to collect and analyze real-time data from shop-floor gages and devices. It stores the information collected in a Microsoft® Access or SQL database. Our user-friendly “Desktop Explorer” window allows administrators at a central location to monitor various data collection processes, manage the database, create and modify work-sets, import historical information and generate reports.

An injection-molding manufacturer needed to analyze individual cavities on a complex mold overlaying multiple charts. ASD quickly met the client’s requirements by incorporating a custom chart into the SPC1+ Enterprise package, which it designed using ActiveX controls. In less than a week, the manufacturer controlled its individual process streams within each mold cavity, reducing scrap.
